Deposit
30% of the total amount is due when booking the trip.
The balance(70%) is due 30 days before the commencement of your charter holiday.

Change of date
You may change the date of your charter holiday provided there is availability and
that we shall have a reasonable amount of time to prepare for your charter.

Cancellation policy
If you will have to cancel your holiday the following cancellation fees apply.

Up to 3 months before commencement off the you're charter we retain €300 administration fee and refund the balance

From 3 months to 1 month before commencement of your charter we retain
your deposit (30% ) but still return to you the rest off the charter fee (70% )

If you are an able to cancel within one month of the commencement of your charter
we retain 100% of the fee.
However we very much hope that you will be able to choose another date in the next two years
and provided this date is available
we shall be more then happy to welcome you on board Hocux Pocux at a later date
without any further charges.
